I so badly need to lose weight. I just had my annual checkup and my doctor said that I am in the borderline already of having high blood pressure. My doctor recommended a diet plan for me which I have to observe so I don’t have to take maintenance meds, which will I will be taking for my entire lifetime if I start on it, to maintain an acceptable blood pressure.

My doctor also recommends doing exercise that is why I started doing brisk walking in the morning and in the afternoon before I go home. It is just a simple exercise and I am using an iPhone app called Walking Star to calculate my steps, my speed and the calories that I burned in doing it. There is actually a lot of iPhone app that I can use and one of the recommendations of my friend is the C25K running program. I wanted to try this as I have friends already who have been under this program and they really loose a weight. But first I have to buy a good running shoes and smart feet insoles before I can start with the program.

I need to lose at least 10 pounds and I don’t think Calorie Counting Diet program is not enough. Hopefully, I will be able to start with this fitness regimen and be able to sustain it
