Small frequent meals. This is the trick that my friend suggested so I will not tend to over eat and get off track my diet plan.
I went back to dieting after the holidays as I am sure that I gained weight after all the parties and pigging out during the Christmas season. And it has been confirmed as I now weighed 122 pounds from my previous weight of 115 pounds.
I have to slow down a bit on my dieting as I feel that it is not working for me because it has been 3 weeks already and I haven’t loose even a single pound. So I want to try eating in small but high frequency, food like these delicious barefruitsnacks so I will always feel full which lessens the tendency for me to overeat.
I really want to go back to my pre-pregnancy weight of 110 pounds so I am hoping that this diet plan will really work for me.
