Did I gain weight?

I posted some pictures here a few days ago of the MBAPs DAMPA lunch out. And I was glad when I received a comment from my good friend Ems that I look like I gained some weight.

A few months back, a lot of my friends and relatives have noticed that my weight dropped and it looks like I have been drinking Fenphedra diet pill. It is because I haven’t been living a healthy lifestyle. I always sleep late since I have to finish a lot of stuff which contributed to my weight loss.

But I got really worried since I have been receiving the same comment from almost all my friends and relatives and so I made a promise that I will try to start living a healthy lifestyle. So since then, I have been trying to sleep early and have at least 8 hours of sleep.

So I was really glad when Ems mentioned that it looks like I have gained weight already. At least I know now that my new sleeping habits have a positive effect on my health.
