Darn, I have no Internet connection again. I was working until 230 am when my connection got disconnected. I immediately called Smart Bro Customer Car hotline after I did some basic troubleshooting, and guess what my base station is down again.

I tried again this morning only to find out that it is still down. I requested for a re-homing of my base station but it is as if I am begging to get a service from them. They said that it is not possible to schedule a contractor to visit our house to check my connection since they have to evaluate first the parameters for my connection which they cannot do since my base station is down. So what they want me to do is wait for the base station to be fixed before they can schedule the re-homing of my base station. And they can’t promise me when will it be fix and after it is fixed I have to wait for 24 hours for feedback since the support group has to evaluate first the report created by the customer care agent.

So I was really frustrated when I woke up this morning as I feel that I have to beg them to give me service for something that I am paying for. Damn Smart Bro. I don’t want to go through all if this hassle so later I will be calling PLDT to apply for DSL and I will have my Smart Bro connection cut as soon as I have my DSL.

was with smart bro before, now globelines na, same poor service, i think PLDT DSL is the better choice:)

same same :) pero at least mabilis magrespond ang smart bro samin. although their connection sucks talaga. suki na ang mga installer sa bahay namin hahaha

nyehhhh... you wrong guys. got smart bro internet already in a small town in carmen bohol got good coverage not unless it's raining. hirap kuha signal if umuulan. but i assure you smart service is better than any internet broadband communications. better than globe, pldt, bayantel or etc. 999 monthly and it's unlimited access to the internet. you just have to call any cust service rep para assist kayo and made a report to thier tech support for them to go in your house and reset the settings cuz sometimes they are having restoration of their system kaya di kayo maka connect but as of now, sart is the best talaga. from 100 mbps connection, they now goes to 300 mbps imagine nyo yan kaya nga kidlat bilis yung commercial nila. believe me. you just have to follow up to any wireless center where you applied. thanks! god bless!!!!
