This picture was taken by my husband as his official entry to the Biay Festival, a photo contest sponsored by Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA). He went to Subic with my cousin and my dad and took some great snap shots and they used it as their entry for the contest.
This is his first contest that he joined as a photographer and he did well since this picture landed in the finals.
