Baby Boom

There’s really a baby boom this year. Just a couple of months ago, three from my friends announced that they are having their next baby. And then just recently, my closest friend from work also announced that she is pregnant.

We are all excited for her since it is their first baby and it is the second baby in our group. My daughter will now have a playmate every time we go out as a group. She and her husband and very excited for the coming of the baby. They are very eager in preparing for the coming of the baby. She has started reading the “What to Expect When You're Expecting” book which I lend her and she said she’s really getting a lot of information from it.

I also promised her that I will give her my checklist for the things that they need to buy for their baby. I compiled this list from books and magazines that I read and from suggestions from my friends too. I thought that I might as well share it here so other mommies to be can also refer to this list:
