for our performance appraisal, that is. I just finished mine last night and submitted it to my boss this morning. He has to review it, give his assessment of my performance for the year, discuss his assessment with me and if I agree with his ratings, then he will forward it to our big boss for final approval.
I don’t know, but every time its performance appraisal month, I always feel worried about what will be the result of my appraisal. I’m confident that I did my job well, but I really can’t help but feel worried since I’m really not sure if my boss likes my work. But I’m thankful though since I had a good appraisal last year. I hope it would still be the same for this year.
My boss hasn’t talked to me yet about it. I think he hasn’t found the time to review what I submitted to him this morning as he was busy doing something when I submitted it. He might be able to review it on Monday.
So wish me luck guys. Hope I’ll get good ratings again this year.
